– Division Leader's are promoted by a Community Director [CD] or higher.
– Must complete all Division Management Training.
– Works with the Community Director to ensure a close adherence to all DRG policies in every squad in their division.
– Responsible for the day to day operations of up to four squads.
– Looks over a maximum of two Section Leaders within their division.
– Responsible for giving and removing all CMS Access in their chain of command (this task may be delegated to their Section Leader’s).
– Is responsible for approving all squad splits, squad shutdowns, etc in their chain of command.
– May promote or demote up to Section Leader.
– Required Training: DRG Protocol, Division Splitting, Squad Merging, Training Division Staff
– To achieve this rank you must be in the community for a minimum of 16 weeks.
– Section Leader's are promoted by the Division Leader or higher.
– Must have received Division Staff Training from the Division Leader.
– Responsible for the day to day operations of up to two squads within their division.
– In times of need, the Section Leader may appoint themselves acting “squad leader” and assume the role of General. This must be done only if the remaining squads are still able to receive coverage from the SL and may only be done in one squad at a time.
– Ensures all squad General’s log into CMS at least once every three days.
– Ensures all Squad updates are being done in CMS.
– Ensures each squad has met their monthly squad goals.
– Ensures squads do weekly inactivity checks to remove inactive members.
– May waive the time requirement for squad officer promotions if the situation requires it.
– May promote or demote up to a Captain.
– Required Training: Division Management, Section Management, Training Squad Management
– To achieve this rank you must be in the community for a minimum of 16 weeks.
– General's are promoted by a Section Leader or higher.
– Responsible for the day to day operations of one squad.
– Actively maintains the squads CMS and must keep it up to date. Must log on once every seventy-two(72) hours at a minimum.
– Plans to make sure the squad reaches all growth goals every month (five recruits, six gamenights, and one meeting minimum).
– Leads by example and exhibits excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
– Adds all members that join their squad.
– Performs a weekly inactivity check to remove inactive members.
– Mentors all members of squad management underneath them and ensures they are properly trained and capable of assisting in day to day operations.
– Is the final authority on all squad officer promotions/demotions.
– Is responsible for hosting or delegating the weekly squad meeting.
– May promote or demote up to Captain.
- Must have their gamertag to reflect DRG to become this rank or higher.
– To achieve this rank you must in the community for a minimum of 12 weeks.
– Major's are promoted by a Section Leader or higher.
– Responsible for the day to day operations of one squad.
– Plans to make sure the squad reaches all growth goals every month (five recruits, six gamenights, and one meeting minimum).
– Leads by example and exhibits excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
– Adds all members that join their squad.
– Assist's the General in whatever they may need help with including hosting the weekly meetings, workshops or gamenights.
– Performs a weekly inactivity check to remove inactive members.
– Mentors all members of squad management underneath them and ensures they are properly trained and capable of assisting in day to day operations.
– Is the Generals right hand and is to learn and observe the general to one day be their replacement or take the role on their selves.
– To achieve this rank you must in the community for a minimum of 12 weeks.
– Captain's are promoted by the General or higher.
– There are a maximum of 2 Captains per squad.
– Works to help their squad achieve all growth goals.
– Hosts the weekly workshop.
– Is responsible for mentoring and training all Officers beneath them in their squad.
– Assists squad management with their weekly inactivity checks by tracking and messaging inactive members.
– Is responsible for maintaining order within the squad.
– Works with the Lieutenants to make sure all recruits are being given their Member Promotion within one week of joining the community. During this promotion, Recruits should be informed of their chain of command, our by-laws, how to look-for-group, and when the squad hosts its events.
– To achieve this rank you must be in the community for a minimum of 8 weeks.
– Lieutenant's are promoted by the General.
– Must have received proper Officer Training.
– There are a maximum of 2 Lieutenants per squad.
– Works to help their squad achieve all growth goals.
– Hosts regular game nights with members of their squad.
– Assists squad management with their weekly inactive checks by tracking and messaging inactive members.
– Is responsible for maintaining order in the squad. This includes being familiar with our problem-solving strategies and a willingness to bring in their leaders if things get out of control.
– Is responsible for following up with new recruits within one week of their recruitment date and informing them of their chain of command, the by-laws, how to look-for-group, and when the squad hosts its events
– Is responsible for mentoring all Staff Sergeants and ensuring they are trained and capable for
their current and desired position.
– Required Training: Event Hosting, Inactivity Checks, Problem Solving, Recruiting, Training Members.
– To achieve this rank you must be in the community for a minimum of 6 weeks.
– Staff Sergeants are promoted by a Lieutenant or higher
– Responsible for assisting the officers in any activities they require the Staff Sergeants presence in (recruiting/training/gamenights/workshops/meetings).
– May follow-up with Recruits with the permission and attendance of a Lieutenant or higher.
– To achieve this rank you must be in the community for a minimum of 4 weeks.
– When a member reaches 14 Days of active participation within the community, they are automatically assigned this rank if they have not already been promoted. Otherwise, Recruits can be selected for an early promotion after they have been in the community for a minimum of 7 Days by a Lieutenant or higher.
– Is considered a full member of DRG.
– Responsible for being active in squad functions and activities
- Responsible for getting to know their new squad-mates, and being active in squad functions and activities
- This is not a rank this is a title that those members who are retired from day to day operations and are here to support and show up when they can are welcome.
